A Job for Dan
I am currently searching for my next software development position. I'm looking for a senior or lead role. I'll consider contract or permanent opportunities and I'm willing to relocate for the right job. If you have something that you think will match my interests, please get in touch.
Curriculum Vitae (PDF)New Adventures in Software
My name is Dan and I am software developer in the UK. I mostly work with Java and related technologies. In recent years I have specialised in the development of bespoke online gaming platforms (for poker, casino and spread betting).
I've been programming in Java since 1997 and have varying levels of experience in several other languages. I'm interested in Artificial Intelligence techniques, particularly Evolutionary Computation, and in functional programming (I am attempting to become more proficient in Haskell).
New Adventures in Software documents my software engineering efforts and my thoughts on software development in general. You can even subscribe to this junk.
